The endpoint frameworks above are a regulatory baseline, not proof of carrier, terminal or shipment acceptance. Those are checked for the actual cargo before booking.
This service is outbound ocean freight from an agreed marine terminal in the Port of New York and New Jersey. We do not provide road, rail or air transport inside the United States.
The customer delivers cargo to the agreed stuffing or port location. The working file names the actual terminal and destination port rather than using “New York” as a general transport area.
We stuff the export container and coordinate marks, labels, placards, the dangerous-goods declaration and export documentation for the confirmed sea movement.
The terminal and vessel operator must approve the exact dangerous goods, quantity and sailing before the container is tendered.
The IMDG Code governs the sea leg. Terminal dwell limits, delivery windows and any transshipment acceptance can be stricter than the general regulatory baseline.
If a vessel or terminal changes, dangerous-goods acceptance is rechecked rather than assumed to follow the booking.
Hansa remains on the ocean file through the agreed destination-port handover. The consignee or its appointed provider arranges customs representation and any onward inland movement.
For a first answer, provide the US terminal, destination port, UN number, class, quantity, container type and sailing window.
Send the cargo details, quantity and target date. We will confirm the viable gateways and approvals for the actual consignment.
