As a globally active company, we take our responsibility to act in a sustainable way seriously. What follows is what is actually in place, not a target list.
Transport
- Vehicles are replaced every three years
- Trucks are equipped with emission control and optimised fuel consumption
- Our trucks run with 10% biofuel
- Drivers receive regular fuel-aware driving training
Premises
- CO2-neutral wood gasification boilers, fuelled from company-owned forests
- Warm water heated through CO2-neutral wood use
- Solar energy deployed across multiple locations, with expansion planned
Warehouse
- Forklifts run mainly on biofuel or electricity
- Conventional bikes, e-bikes and e-carts are used for internal transport
- Since 2015 we have been working towards a paperless office, supported by Microsoft 365 and Soloplan
